Hey anybody listen to Rakim?
In that case, it's been rumored that he will drop his album "The seventh seal" after new year 2008. However I haven't heard anything. Does anybody know if it has been dropped already or when is it exactly coming out?

Wow, finally got my hands on Mic Geranimo - The Natural... I heard it was a classic but I had no idea. What an AMAZING album, and of course comes out of my favorite year in hiphop (95).

Love those jazzy beats and his flow is unique.

Also want to mention AZ, Doe or Die is also ridiculous.

This should never leave the frontpage.

OK, so not quite "underground", but certainly not mainstream, Sticky Fingaz. ILL beats and his voice is so raw, check out the tracks "I love da streetz" off of Decade, and "Cheatin'" off of The Life and Times of Kirk Jones (something like that).

Sticky Fingaz is sick!

Saw Swollen Members last week at Roskilde festival.
It's probably not underground in North America but in Denmark it is.
Really dope show definitely superior to Jay-Z..

the coup is the shit.

i saw them last year at a huge festival in california, it was called coachella has anyone heard of it?

I also managed to see the roots, dj shadow, rage against the machine, and pharohe monch at the same festival it was incredible.

The Roots are a KILLER live band, I've seen them three times so far and wouldn't hesitate to hit a fourth show.
