I figured I should start one of these because yesterday I hit my first real move that I am proud of. I think you would call it a spinning clipper? I set it from my right clipper, spun once, and caught it again on my right clipper. I know its not that big of a move, but it felt awesome.
Tonight was a very productive night for clippers. My left ankel felt a little sore from playing earlier, so I decided to drill my flipside clipper. This was the most I have ever practiced flipside, so it was really beneficial. I hit a bunch of b2b clippers and hit a couple right to left to right clippers. It was a lot of fun and easy on the body kind of night. My left side is really improving, so I am very happy.
I have been using an Eric Savage bag mostly, but the other day my dog jumped on the counter and stole it without me realizing, and brought it outside. Now I cant find it... So for about a week I only had a mr. to use. A couple of days ago I got my new Chase Card Burn bag in the mail. I wont let my dog get this one.
Peace

Got back from Jacksonhole this morning at 3. Grand Teton national park and Yellowstone are the coolest places I have ever been.
As far as footbag goes, I didnt play much out their, just off and on. Tomorrow morning I am leaving to go camping, so their will be hardly any footbag at all. Probably just circle kicking with my cousins.

Camping was great. Came home yesterday on my birthday. My birthday suprise from my dog was a 31 panel Card Burn bag! She ate one panel, and most of the shot is gone... It was my fault for not hiding it. I got an Ipod touch for my birthday. New Nike frees, and Oakleys, but they havent come in the mail yet. Maybe tomorrow. I havent played in over a week. And wont really be able to until I get a new bag... So my game is going to be terrible. It already was. Whatever.

I had about a half hour session today with a mr. I hate them... They are good when you have never used a 32, but after that, they just dont work. I couldnt do anything fancy (not because of the bag, but because I havent played in two weeks), and my string length had been reduced to ZERO. I did do one move 4 or 5 times that I have never done before. I dont know what it is called though and I couldnt really find it on Hackrifice (I didnt go through all the videos). Right In to Out ATW to right side clipper. Does anybody know what I am talking about?

sounds like pixie same side clipper to me. was the in-out dex uptimey? If it was, it was a pixie clipper. If it was downtimey, it was more of a toe same side whirl

I looked at pixie clipper on hackrifice, and its almost like that. I guess its like an in to out ATW into osis? The bag goes under or behind my support leg. Not over.

Played again today with my mr. My clippers suck... I have been drilling them forever and they still are terrible. I can barely do back to back. Its pathetic. I am going to try a different technique next time. I tried to change my right clipper style so learning my left would be easier, but now I will try and go back to my original style, and try to teach my left that way. Whatever.
I have a 32p dufflebag on the way. Than and Eskimo Joe bag after that. My dog will never get them!
I ordered 2/8 of a yard of ultrasued light at fields today. I will try my hand at stitching. Its been something I wanted to get into for a long time. What kind/size needle should I use if I wanna use floss?
Peace

Played twice today. I changed my clipper technique and I am already seeing a huge difference. I hit b2b2b2b twice today. So thats really improving. I also hit my first couple of butterflys on my left leg. Todays sessions were a big improvement from my frustrating session yesterday. Now I like footbag again.

if you're looking for a needle that will work, look for a style that you can fit the floss through, so a long eye on the needle will help a lot. you still need it to be pretty thin, though, and I think I use embroidery needles and they do the trick nicely

I will look for one of those needles.
Today my clippers were even better. 8 alternating clippers today. It was awesome. I also hit spinning clipper again today. So I can feel myself improving a lot now. On tuesday I should be getting my dufflebag. So that should help alot to.

Just played for 20 minutes or so today. More clipper drills. Tomorrow my dufflebag is supposed to come. So if I am lucky, I wont have to use my mr. sandman anymore. That would be great. I think once I get a good bag again, it will make playing more fun.

No dufflebag today. Tomorrow hopefully.
Today I just fooled around for the most part. A little bit of clipper drills but not much. I only played for about a half hour today before it got dark.
Tomorrow my aunt wants me to hacky sack for some old mentally retarted folks that she works with at the park. I'll probably just kick for the most part. I doubt the old folks would even care to watch a little kid kick around a hacky sack. Whatever, if they like it, then I will be happy. I will bring my dog down to, so they will probably like him better than me. Will see, maybe I wont even play.
bye

Got my new bag yesterday! Its very small, way smaller than a golfballl, so its a little rolly. Once it breaks in, i think it will be awesome.
I only played a little bit yesterday, just to get used to it. I have come pretty close to hitting double atw barefoot with this bag. It sets so much more clean compared to the mr. I mean it this time, my dog will not get this bag.
I gurantee it.
