Quick session with Tif this afternoon. Made up a few drills for me to practice to help integrate some 2 adds I need work on.
My legs have been really weak lately. I have some pain in my lower calf it feels deep muscle but no quite bone so I'm hoping its not shin splints. I jogged for a bit after the session which made me legs feel better. I will try jogging more since footbag is the only physical activity I do. If anyone has any ideas to help with this pain please post.
Going to shred with Bob again tonight.

Only really one highlight. Mirage > Legover rpt. This felt good because I suck at legovers and I already feel a lot better with them after todays short session.

Kicked with Bob tonight. My legs were fine for the first 1/2 hour then they started acting up again.

Osis > SS Clipper rpt.

Clipper > Near Pickup > SS Butterfly > Legover

Ducking Mirage I really like the motion of this.

Ask Bob to watch your form to see if anything might be causing the pain.

Had a great session with Trey from Quakertown today. Started out with 15 back to back clippers felt totally in control and broke my old record. Did 3 Smears today all felt pretty good. Got ducking butterfly on both sides now.

Mirage > Butterfly > Near Pickup > Mirage > ATW > Butterfly > PDX Mirage. I think this is my longest tiltless string so far.

Mirage > Ducking Butteryfly > PDX Mirage

Butteryfly > Swirl > PDX Mirage. This was nice never was able to do anything after swirl before just hand catch.

Dude, so sweet. Keep paying attention to Swirl> Pdx Mirage. That's a great link for so many things down the road.
So sick to see that you're stringing longer now. Big props on that longer tiltless string. Excited to see what's next. Keep it up man. Looking great.

Me and Tif went up to kick with Bob today. Nothing to special from me. I got a few good smears and worked on flip pixies, they are getting better. Did some PDX Illusions which I haven't been able to hit since the night I figured them out for some reason. My strong Pickup is feeling really smooth and easy. Had a few good long strings but wasn't counting.
Tif did some neat stuff got Toe > Knee Bump > Toe, Flapper Kicks BS. Trying to get her some Lavers since her current shoes are supper puffy. She has tiny feet though.

Haven't played in awhile because of a bad headache. I finally found something that relieves it so I tried kicking abit today. Was pretty rusty just did some basic stuff for about 30 mins. Messed with Illusions for awhile and they feel really smooth can do a few in a row now. Hit a couple PDX Data Curves but I'm going to stop working on these for abit I just really like the motion. When I got back inside I messed around barefoot for awhile and figured out how to duck my pixies.

Smear > Clipper > Butterfly. Was trying for butterfly out of smear but at least I saved it. I normally just catch if I didn't do what I wanted.

Flip Smear

Footed Phoenix a few times. I'm almost positive I can hit this with shoes on mine just happen to be wet atm so hopefully tomorrow.

Well it turns out the bad headache was a bit more serious and I ended up in the hospital for 3 days. I'm fine now though feel really rusty with footbag after about 2 weeks off.
Kicked with Tif abit yesterday. Hit Phoenix in lavers for first time. Gave Tif list of tricks I could do and she choose a few and made me do them on each side a few times.
Kicked a little today starting to feel less rusty. Strong Smear and Swirls I can hit first try most the time now. Flip Swirls are pretty good too now.

Whirl! haven't tried this for awhile but just figured I'd try it today and figured it out in like 5 minutes. Don't have it flip yet almost sprained my ankle trying it so i think I'm going to wait abit longer.

So I sprained my ankle pretty bad then played on it all weekend and east coast. Probably not the best idea but I had fun. My ankle seems to be fine now still a little bruised but no more pain.
Kicked yesterday and today mostly just trying to get back into it and work on some basics. Legovers and Pickups are feeling better still needs work though can get about 4 back to back of each. Flip pixie feeling better but still alot of effort and not getting set foot planted fast enough.

Flip Whirl. This is what I sprained ankle on so was really careful. Did footwork without footbag like 20 times before I felt comfortable enough to do it.

8 x Infinity

Pixie Legover and Pixie ss Butterfly

Pixie Dada Curve
I think Ducking PDX Dada Curve will be my first 6 add footed it after a few tries but didn't want to spend to much time on it.
Lower calf pain is coming back but I think I've found some exercises to strengthen that area and I've been icing it after each session.

Message to everyone reading this:
This guy here was compared to an amateur Vasek by some good players at East Coasts... Keep an eye on him
Props man. Glad you made it to your first jam. It was great to kick with you again. You and Jackson gotta make your way down here to PSU sometime. Shit would be ill. Glad your ankle is starting to chill out, wish my shin would do the same. Also, Pixie Dada Curve!? Gotta see a video of that. Props on your 3rd (right?) 5 ADD!!! Can't believe you footed your first 6 ADD!!!
PS. I really like the bag you stitched me. Thanks again man.

Nice progress man!!
I read the sheet where you say when you hit all the moves. I really like those comment on the side. You seems to have a good way to train.
Keep having fun!

Ended up doing 100 legovers last night probably an average of 4 before a drop. Best was 8 in a row. They are feeling alot better and I will probably start doing this with all my 2 adds.

Dimwalk > PDX Dada Curve. Going to try Pheonix > PDX Dada for first fearless link.

Pixie ss Pickup and Legover. Flip pixie coming along but still no where close to strong.
I've been working on drifter got one but think it was luck. I'm so close but must be missing something. I'll try and post a video of some attempts soon to try and get some feedback.
Guess I'll go do 100 Pickups now.

Kicked a bunch today. Flip pixies are feeling awesome now. Struggling abit getting foot down fast enough with good balance, but set it like chest level every time. Hit flip Smear and Dimwalk a bunch of times.
Spinning is close getting around without being to dizzy just need to get my set a little straiter.

Parkwalk BS

Pixie SS Cliper BS

Smudge Strong side. Close on flip need to figure out balance thing
Titless stringing is getting easier average run probable 5-6 contacts. I think with more room they would be longer but i guess the teaches me better control lol.

YEAH BUDDY!!!!
Don't stop at just one repeat of that drill. Repeat that shit as many times as you can.
Props on the 10 tiltless too! Longer runs coming from you man. So great to read that stuff. You're improving quickly.
