As I'm sure many of you know, it's pretty hard to find high quality headphones that'll stay in during a shred.

I've got a pitiful pair of Sony MDR J10's, which are okay at staying in (at best) but sound pretty awful. For now it looks like I'll be getting the Bose IE2s, but I'd love to hear what's worked for you guys.

Any of you shredders have a favorite pair of headphones that'll stay in even if you start headbanging?

Any type of earbuds work for me. I have Shure e20 and I tuck the cord inside my hat. That with an ipod shuffle and I am good to go.
