danke.... datw geht gut, ich kann nur nicht aufspringen, also so zeug wie paradon wo ich das knie vorm aufkommen eindrehen muss. das tut weh datw gar nicht, also kein bisschen. und spinning geht auch nicht, da hab ich auch das problem das ich das knie so komisch aufsetz, das schmerzt, am besten gar kein footbag mehr...

Najut. Habe mir heute auch ein semi-appointment beim sportarzt gemacht (d.h. auf kurzzeit-warteliste, wo ich angerufen werde, falls jemand n termin absagt). Kann ja auch seit ner Woche nicht mal schmerzfrei gehen. Zum Training geh ich trotzdem, bissle kicken um die Wade zu durchbluten.

datw kann man vllt wirklich noch im knee-gesunden bereich machen, aber dso?

geht schon, nur ich muss zugeben das er auf der "bösen" seite doch ziemlich gezogen hat. das problem is halt das bei mir der "dämpfapparat" im knie entzündet is, das heißt ich kann alles amchen außer auftretetn, rennen geht auch fast nicht. ansonsten kann ich mit dem knie alles machen...

hm, winterzeit verletzungszeit.... ich wünsche gute besserung.

ps: cool zu sehen das auch andere als die üblichen 3 ab und an mal den blog hier lesen.

just watched the german champs video from the xmas calendar... damn, new goal in life... getting good enough to get featured in footbagvideos that i didnt edit!!!! i am in the video, but only on the side, drinking beer and not giving props... at least i can say most of the footage thats shown features a mahhkohhbag. (reminds me of a certain estonian guy who filmed me all the time in vienna, spacially me giving my "burp out"... i wanna see some of it!!!!)

i hate my knee...everythings so boring right now... juggling isnt as fun as kicking....specially when you dont understand new concepts.... 4 balls are freaking hard....

EDIT: looks not good, on jan 26th i would need to be at my moms wich is 2 hourdrive away from berlin, that would make things possible, i dont think i can get 2 weeks off. thats too bad, i would love to invite the shredders from the town my mom lives at to the scene, nice guys, i´ll tell them to go there. but i´m afraid they are too shy.

on the evnt list it says 12-13 jan. why do you say 10th? the 10th is thurday, whats up with that??? is 140 2 ways or one? and...it would only realy make sense if i´d go there, sell 20 bags and win something....wich wouldnt be the case in any way. i never sold many bags in berlin (i guess berlin isnt ready for my god-like bags.... ) and winning something in the home town of germanys best footbaggers... i dont think so, maybe girls routines, if fine doesnt play.... i dont know.... i need to ask my boss for the weekend off in the first place.

I said 10th b/c I didn't look it up in the calender. It's the weekend of course. 140+ both ways depending on where your departure is and what time you're willing to take the plane. Footbag isn't really about to "make money"

never said that... i dont care for the money, or the fame, but its tough to travel a few 100 km just to play a game, specially when you are injured and have no idea if you can play or not untill then. and for me selling bags was allways a good way to fund my beerconsum. i dont wanna get rich throu footbag, but it would be cool if it was possible. so please dont get me wrong here...

but be asured i would love to come see you guys again, i know it will be a nice fun weekend for everyone whos there.

just looked up in my workingplan, i would have to take off the 3days, i had to work all weekend, it would be nice to skip working to play some hack.... i´ll first talk to me boss before saying anymore about this event here....

first day in a while when i could go on my knee´s and stand up without pain. feels nice!

today a big shippment of footbag plastic filler came in, but, something went wrong and most of the stuff i ordered is missing. but, its on the bill, and the amount is writen there with "0"... thats wierd. but now i have 1,5 kilo´s of plastik fill here. last time i got that much it lasted for 1 year, i hope to fill also a few juggling balls, ass soon as i can stich me a few that dont look stupid or eggy. i´m also thinking about stuffing a few hacky´s full with plastic and use those! ... but i wanna have pretty juggle balls....

i miss my gf, and her "shitty-dog" this stupid beast went outside with me, took a big shit and went back in, there she (its a girl puppie) took another shit right on the carpet. you cant imagine how dog poo stinks... disgusting.

i ordered a bag, damn i am excited, i havent been ordering bags in ages. it is going to be an awesome one for sure, i will post it when its here....

still no footbag, my knee fucks around all the time, the last 2 days were without any pain, this morning its hurting again. damn.

i juggle all day, once my fisheye i ordered arrives i may make a video with me juggling, i have some pretty neat tricks now. its not as fancy or hardcore as jorden but i love it and an old lady said its too much to watch, one couldnt see everything. you will see once i make the vid.

at work, we have an apprientice (sp?). and he got a psp. wich is sweet, cause i have one too, and so we spend a few hours each day playing stuff against each other.

still have no christmas gift for my gf. that sucks, and she refusses to tell me what she would like. she keeps claiming she gave me hints and directions, well i cant work with that, i need facts. i think i may get her theater cards or something...
all the other gifts i need are allready here, my mom gets a fine selection of teas (damn good teas) my brother will get an account bonus for his world of warcraft account and for my gf´s parents i have a box of selected wines (same as last year )

i ordered me a fisheye for my cam today, lets see what this may lead to.

i had some time today, so i juggled at work, alot. i am toying around with 4 balls lately, mostly trying to find a way to do passes from toe into a 3 ball hand juggle. that was fun today, because i think i now have a way. and i did the most ridiculous thing, i´ll film it, and i´ll show it, you guys will love it. i swear.

also tried to play some hacky, went realy easy on my knee, mostly atw and legovers. i shouldnt do it, not now! still feels a bit shacky.

went to town to shop in cristmas gifts. i couldnt find good stuff. i think i´ll go check for concert tickets tomorrow, mando diao are coming to stuttgart next spring, i think my gf wants to go there > present!!!
also i got my fisheye today, so stoked, such a fun toy! i need an adapter ring to fit it to my cam, but i hold it in front of the lense of my digi-cam all the time and shoot pics... here´s a good one:

i planned this post to be huge, lets see what comes around.

i havent been posting for a while because i had so much happening here. first off i forgot my pc when i went to my mom for xmas. so i couldnt write my session reports on time.
i had a session with chris from hoyerswerda, wich is the town my mom lives in. i wasnt in good shape cause of my knee, we both took footage from different angles, i gues there will be a video or two around. i realy sucked, but he did good.
spent the new years eve in munich, i couldnt make contact with the munich crew, that sucked, i would have loved to have a session

my knee is pretty allright again, thats cool, but i still have pains when i do to much double dex tricks so i am toying around with simple and stupid stuff, i did some realy crazy tricks wich are basicly simple moves, but in a wierd body twist possition, i´ll get it on cam soon. also my highlights from the last weeks are: blurriest bsos, blurry rev whirl bsos, fairy spinning ducking vauxpin, frigid rev torque
i was playing around with the concept of torques, without doing any spinning movement, that kinda was scary, cause the amount you have to twist your body is arkward and started to hurt after a while also i could do rev torque (is it void????) that way, but that was way to stupid to do it again. also i thought i stepped on my knee cap for a few times, like pressing it down...thats pain i tell ya!
VAUXPIN: one of my favorite tricks lately, i love it, tho i dont know if i do it clean or correct or somethin, i just love it, i have a few cool variations allready, spinning vauxpin is the coolest i think!
also spinning ducking is coming better and better every time, i can now kinda do it on both sides, not sure about the "looks".

my landlord (i hope this is the correct word for the man who owns the house i live in) was coming to visit me. not for fun reasons, my flat could have easily won the title "dirtiest footbaggers flat". and he had to come in and repair the toilet flush... damn he was pissed, but now i cleaned up, everything is cool again, and i even have warm water in the kitchen and a working radiator in the bedroom.

i havent been stiching for weeks, i just finished a special order i had to do, ramil if you read this your bags are ready. pics are coming later.

had a session yesterday, around 2,5 hours.

i wrote a stupid comment in jay boychucks blog, about how he should drill the basics all the rest comes from alone after basics are in your flesh and you are able to do them while sleeping and stuff... thinking twice about it i decided to make a session to check were my basics are right now and what i have to drill more. result:

i suck!!! all my basics are basicly no basics but hard, depending on what i want to link together. for example atw after pdx mirage seems impossible. so i made a list, again, with drills i sucked at and drilled them till i couldnt go further! i will do so in the next few month, i will take 30 to 45 min´s every session and drill, only drill, then do some freestyle or concepts i wanna try, then cool down. here´s a list of what i hit yesterday:


butterfly > pickup > rpt x15 (proud on that one)
butterfly > rev whirl > rpt x5
pdx mirage > butter > rpt x3

atw > mirage > lo > rpt x4

the last trick was no challenge, but i wanted to try it.

then i realized a few things i should be aware about in a few tricks, for example, the dex window for drifters and the miraging dex in dlo is to small... i cant seem to get the dex. any tipps on that? dlo mainly

also i played with my biggest rolliest ugliest bag i found. and my old quantums. i hope to get a better feeling for the stalls that way, cause i would need to be more cautious to catch the bag and not drop it or let it roll of the foot.

Yeah im also playing from time to time with a hard bag to work on the delay, it is a good idea, it does help build up the technique.

Check your far pick ups and bubbas and ss illusions also. I once found out that they are good, well they are decent now.

had a 1,5 hrs sunday session. well it wasnt good at all, i lost my "drills-plan" so i just kicked and drilled what i could remember. nothing realy great.
also i tried some bubba´s, those are damn hard, and i feel i do them not correct, i´ll film them and show you.... had only one try were i could do them bsos.
then i had a drill like follows: ss butter > far pickup > illusion > rpt
i liked this one, i should build my drills up so i can do them right next to each other without a pause. but that will be some time from now on.
tried to hit phasing osis on flipside, was nearly there... also i had a few good fairy ducking try´s on my flip. i need the will to practise those untill they arent just tries. someone come to drill with me
one new trick: whirling pdx mirage

i also tried dlo a bit, i did one that feelt great, like so there and good, but all the others were....well, not as good.

went for a little swimm after shred, now my left knee hurts like shit, the inner joints. after my right knee finally healed up, now the left lets loose....just checked ebay, i could get me a set of patella bandages for cheap there. i wonder if it would help.... any thought???

just got me a new peng² bag in the mail minutes before, its so cool, not what i ordered, colorwise, but its even better! once i have a spot with good light i´ll take a pic.

nonfootbag-stuff:
i am stuck at beatboxing, i cant get my sounds to be loud. i can do a small set of sounds now, but i cant do em loud, also breathing in is like impossible. also my scratching sucks, thats maybe the #1 reaason why i started beatbox, beeing able to scratch, i can sorta do it, but its way to quiet, and the "loud" version are nothing i can understand. someone wants to "voicechat" about beatbox with me????

juggling: i am bad at this... not realy, i am pretty happy bout my juggling, i even did a 5 balls pattern on sunday.

artistics: i need more muscle to do handstands... beeing skinny sucks when you do stuff you need muscle for. how can one practise handstands? i do them against a wall, just to prevent me from falling, but i dont think that way i will be able to do propper handstands any time soon....
