looks like you're adding that bounce to your game! love it!
on your flip ducking clipper, your support leg is getting to the ground and getting planted before the clipper is on your foot, so that might be messing with your rhythm some, but, on the whole, it's a great improvement in that department. Do you drill ripwalks at all? those really encourage nice rhythm.
