Re: Kankeri Japan
So I had two sessions, two days in a row! My daughter has been sick, and so has been napping extra long. We got the timing right and both kids were out for like an hour or so, which gave me 30 mins-ish both sessions. It felt so good to kick! I wasn't expecting anything fancy, but just was happy to g...

Re: Kankeri Japan
It's crazy how things can be so consistent, then something happens which causes it to stop completely. I'm really lucky that that something hasn't been injury. In my case, it has been welcoming my second child. He is 4 months now and is sleeping longer, but still rare that he makes it through the ni...

Re: Footbag Dictionary app
I have received some good feedback from the two people who have helped me test so far. I will be incorporating their feedback into the app, go for another round of testing and see where things are at then.
Re: Mathieu
Fingers crossed!
I haven't played in over 3 months because of kid number 2 being born. Once we get back on a schedule, and/or I start working again, I am so looking forward to getting back in the groove.
In other words, I feel for you friend, and as you said; at least it is winter!

Re: Starting over
Wow what a surprise! Welcome back!
I've only played about three times in as many months because my second kid was born and things are still crazy. Can't wait to start getting a schedule again that includes Footbag!

Re: Mathieu
Boo! What a dumb present. Hoping for the best-case scenario, friend.
Re: Mathieu
Oh good!

Great work on the calendar videos. I got zero ready...
That sucks about the knee. Did it turn out to indeed be a micro fracture? Hopefully you are back on your feet in no time.

Re: Butler
Great to hear an update. I think it's funny that DATWs hurt, yet you are able to hit furious sets. Are you stretching at all?

Re: Footbag Dictionary app
So it has been 4 months since I last posted, and things are looking great. The app is *fingers crossed!* ready for testing! I have been developing it on iOS recently, so the last thing to do is to update the Android version (which, fingers crossed, is simply updating the scripts in my DropBox), and ...
Re: Mathieu
Yeah him and I have been talking. He seems interested. I told him we should talk to the association here and see what they say. I think Tokyo is doing good. There are a few new players, but that is about it. That being said, I wouldn't know; I haven't been in touch with anyone, and with baby x2 just...

Re: Dante's Blog
Congrats Dante! Who knows what would have happened if you had decided to come to Japan eh? You probably wouldn't have gone to Worlds...Crazy how the paths in our lives get shaped. So happy for you!
Re: Mathieu
Great writeup! I wish I had gone to more Worlds over the years. I love the vibes there, and love all of the people! Thanks for giving me a taste of what it was like. Crazy that you managed to be the director and father successfully! Well Done! Hopefully now that Taishi won routines we can finally ha...

Re: Footbag Dictionary app
Thanks Daniel. I think it will be really helpful for people at all levels. I have been working on it on and off over the last month or so. The semester is coming to a close meaning things are as busy as they get so I haven't had as much time to work on it as I like. That being said, here is where I ...

Shred Log
I have been steadily working on this, in between my full-time job and full-time daddy duties. I am getting close to finishing the functionality. I will have more time in the summer to focus on this, and plan to get this out at least for external testing before winter. After finishing the add goal fu...

Re: A Master with a Riceball
Great post! It's great to see so many of you continue to get together. I remember you from that first 2009 picture. I think that is when we met? When did we meet I wonder, was it Berlin? Also, holy shit about Kim. A blown knee for a birthday present? No thanks. At least he gave it to himself, and di...

Re: Canberra, Australia via SCL - Daniel Boyle
I didn't realise it had been so many months since my last post. Ha yeah I keep thinking that, and continue to not post... but funny that all it takes is someone to post something for me to actually get here and post something (even if it is a reply). I've been playing a fair bit. I had pretty much ...

Hey Asmus,
What is slow; the loading of the site? Posting something? Both?
