you can find the videos on youtube, but i post stuff only in the Facebook footbag freestyle group. 99% of people followed it there.

You can compete only in one division, so focus on intermediate until april 15th, then practice the advanced links for fun later.

search for ''shin splints'' on youtube. you'll find stretching and exercices to get rid of those. i had them very bad when i started playing, i did those exercices for months, never had shin splints again, it's been 10 years.

Here is the updated website of my video move list, thanks to Allan Haggett. As I said last year, quality of videos is not that good, but I think they are better online than on my hard drive. My main objective here was to CATEGORIZE tricks properly. I’m still using a handful of ‘’descriptive system’’...
