I finally got to shred today. My legs were already tired, however I still had a long session.
I'm not getting as dizzy while spinning now... I hit spinning mirage and spinning ducking clipper, but that might have been a the. Oh well...

I got shin splints from the last, rather bad session. However, today was much different. I hit complete symposium tap (first time in a long while) and backside symposium toe blur many times (first time + sealed). My runs are improving, yet I still need to practice more and be more focused... Oh yeah...
