paradox mirage vs p.s. mirage

Post by shred4life » 16 Aug 2013 19:31

OK I don't know of this is the correct place to post this question, bit it didn't seem to fit anywhere else. If I'm wrong please move it to the appropriate section.

Ok, here goes...

So paradox mirage is (for example) left foot clipper > left leg in-to-out> right toe

But P.S. mirage according to videos I can find is (for example) left foot clipper> (no plant while) right leg in-to-out> left toe

Now the way I visualized P.S. mirage was more like left foot clipper> quickly plant left foot while raising right foot> (no plant while) left leg in-to-out> right toe.

To me the video above showing P.S. mirage is more like symp near mirage. How does it gain the 'paradox' descriptor if it's done on the same side as the stall?

Correct forum would be Shred Symposium or Trick Tips.

The second video is just "Symposium Mirage"

Paradox Sysmposium would be like this;

Left foot clipper>set bag in the air>plant left foot on ground with right foot in the air>hop of left foot and dex the bag, landing again on left foot>stall bag with right foot.

Hope this helps.

That is exactly how I visualized it. (my description may have just been terrible) Though all every video I've seen labeled PS mirage shows the trick I linked above :-(

Thanks for clearing it up for me.
And also for pointing me towards the correct forum :-)

For future reference, there's a thread in Trick Tips called "What trick is this?" But no worries.
Also, here's a video of what PS Mirage actually is: http://hackrifice.com/moves/4psmirage.wmv
