well atleast we know what its NOT lol

i think its some kind of group that likes to expirience odd circumstances or something, the only reason i think that is because of this quote from there website.

Aparently, from what I've been gathering, they send people on missions, which must be completed before moving on to the next phase. They threaten you with "serious consequences" if you don't comply. They say they do background checks on you and whatnot. They are located in countries like Australia, USA, UK, Asia etc... They say it's not a game, but I believe in a sense it is. Obviously not a game that can be won, but its purpose is for enjoyment through secrecy and whatnot.

They have some billboards throughout cities, which cost a LOT of money, which makes the whole thing more confusing.

They seem to have some force behind them.
