i dont have a problem with gays... though i still have the feeling of akwardness when passing one by, but thats just because i dont know any gays. what i think is funny is that people think they have the right to try force people to change to there liking. another example is hammering people to join a religion. you guys are pretty much a jakass and need to learn the world doesnt revolve around you.

I've noticed that homosexuals (at least the ones I have been in contact with) need a lot of attention and it sometimes gets annoying. As in, they have to yell it to everyone that they are IN FACT gay. I think that's really gay of them.

That's only the ones that you know are gay. I'm sure there are plenty of closeted or not-as-open ones who are much happier with you not knowing. After all each person's sexuality is their own business.

There are plenty of flaming heterosexuals too. It's a personal choice how much a person wants to advertise or not advertise their own sexuality.

I agree. I know a few gay guys and they don't really bring it up at all. One of them is somewhat awkward, but the other one is very normal, and if met him on the street I wouldn't know if he were gay.

Trust me, I don't like Yankee culture any more than I do Southern culture (At any point in US history), but it's fucking America we live in. We worship the dollar in this country, and thus have consumerism. You don't expect the South to be effected? Any country we touch is infected. And besides, the North won the fucking war! Of course their culture is dominant over yours.

I gotta admit, it's kind of refreshing to talk to another Southerner again. There's zero up here in gay ass post-modernist Seattle. I feel like I'm behind enemy lines up. I need to mvoe back down when I'm out of HS.
