It moves slow at first. One day everything will click. This will happen sooner the more you practice, and if you're practicing well. Mirage> legover repeat is a good drill. Some legover drills I like to work is legover > same side legover (make sure you plant)> repeat. Same thing for the mirage, pickup, and reverse mirage. Once you learn pixie set solid and have that drill solid you can do pixie legover> pixie same legover> repeat, etc. and it progresses into any toe set. Also work bubba legovers and far legovers from clippers. Ex. Clipper >far legover> repeat. Again these can progress to stepping or any other set. Make sure you can get through these drill about 20 contacts before you advance past them.

played on sunday... hit some good stuff at the beginning of the session... but then it just went downhill from there on
footbag can be really frustrating sometimes... even for me, someone who consistently can't hit more than 3-4 contacts

i went to a personal trainer to today cuz i have 10 free sessions, but they had noone at the time to help me...
so i made an appointment for tomorrow

came home, played footbag

drilled:

clippers
mirages (getting much better)
legovers (getting much better)

that's really it...

no footbag as of late...

instead i've been going to the personal trainer. not as fun, but definitely good!

friday to next friday i'll be in utah skiing.. probably no footbag either

after a recent hip fracture (about a month ago)

i went to Grass 2009 in rochester and played w/ a bunch of people... was hella fun!

sold 2 bags

and competed in sick 3... but didn't win

i fail at triaining... got close to atomsmasher... although, not even as near to being close i would consider...
