Thanks Mateusz.

On the last session of the year 2005 I hit:

- Grifter > Pdx Grifter
- 3x Atomsmasher
- Barfly > DLO > Paradon [rpt]
- Pdx Blender BS
- Superfly BSOS
- Torch-r Rack

It was good session. Great to end year with such one. I hope that the first session of new year will be better.

Oh god! I haven't been posting here for a long time. I haven't been reading modified too.. And the most sad thing - I haven't been shreding a lot as well...

I'm bussy with studying for my final exams. The first one is in:

59 days

But I managed to attend an event in Warsaw on 18th and 19th of February.

It was good time.

I played a little bit more last week. I had 4 sessions = over 10 hours of shreding.
I schooled some things. In Warsaw Ners taught me how to do Whirls properly, and now I can hit Whirl much more consistantly.

I decided to write in this blog to have more motivation for shreding. I started to keep writing my 'paper' shred journal again too, to follow my progress better. So...

The last two session, and the first two I was reporting in my old shred-journal were good. Here is what I've hit:

 03.03.2006 - 2 hours 50 minutes
- Pdx Whirl > Whirl [rpt]
- Ripped Warrior - Stepping to Ducking? What? I hadn't even thought that I'm able to do this. The World is full of surprises...
- flipside Blurrier

 04.03.2006 - 2 hours 56 minutes
- flipside Dolomite
- Spinning Flail
- gyro Flail
- 8 contacts of Dimwalk > Blur
- Stepping Clipper > Stepping ss Clipper [rpt]
- Pogo Paradox Mirage BSOS
- Beta Blur
- Rev-up > Flail BSOS

That's all. I want to study a little bit tomorrow, and go sleep earlier than usuall.
Maybe a little shred will happen, but I'm not sure.

And beside shreding (or not shreding, because it fits better to my life actually :() and school...
I do more work outs...
And I'm going out with friends more. I have more friends recently...
And nowadays I have much longer hairs than on my avatar.

That's all folks!

Later,

Yesterday I had a 3 hours and 7 minutes session.

I haven't been schooling anything at all... Just having fun with the bag.

I hit
- Run with Tomahawk + Spanishfly + Blurriest.. unfortunately all on one side...
- Gyro Diving Osis
- Spinning Zulu Clipper

I can finally Dive my Spinning set on one side...

I'm gonna shred today too.

I'm just 20 minutes after a training session.

It was a good one, and it lasted for 3 hours and 9 minutes.

I've been schooling Eggbeaters, Grifters and Stepping set mainly.

I'm happy with the results.

- flipside Bedwetter - so now I've hit it BS, now it's time to bsos it.
- Blurry Grifter BS - I'm really, really happy with this one. I wanted to hit this move for a long time, and today I've hit it on both sides, so it's good sign.
- flipside Fog - same as Bedwetter... I should bsos it.

I feel much more comfortable with Stepping now. It's easier to do Stepping moves midrun, and the set is higher. I improved especially on Blurs and Blizzards.

I'm not going to shred tomorrow. I have to give my legs some rest. Now I'm going to eat lots of food, drink some beer, and then sleep.

The night was good. I slept very well, and woke up really fresh. The sun is shining now, and this day is going to be good! There is no other eventuality.

Fresh snow has fallen this night, and morning. The winter is long this year,
I wan't it to be over. I can't wait for the spring and the first outdoor shred.

I'm going to study a lot today - maths, physics, German...

You said it mate. I don't know if it's the same for you, but whenever I kick outdoors I really feel free, and doing strings is so much easier than in comparison to when I kick indoors.

Props on Blurry Grifter too! Awesome (and hard) trick!

Thanks Byrin.

Yeah... Shreding outdoor, with fresh air and unrestricted space gives me the freedom I need. And I feel the same about strings. It's much more easy to do long, creative runs when shreding outdoor.

Take care brotha.

I was studying a lot today. But then I managed to shred a little bit. I was shreding for almost 3 hours... without 16 minutes.

I've been schooling flipside Pixie, and Stepping both sides mainly. And the first hour was fullfiled with drilling basics (read Cleavens' blog and his "Footbag Philosphy: Foundation" post).

The highlights from today are:
- Blizzard > Smudge > Dimwalk [rpt] - Pixie after Illusion...
- Blur > Smear > Dimwalk [rpt]
- 3 x Twirl
- Smudge > Pixie ss Illusion [rpt] to a decent run.
- run with 7 unique flip pixie moves, and no strong pixie moves (I tend to overuse my strong-side pixie, so this is something new for me :P)
- run started with Parkwalk > Pogo Pdx Mirage > DOD with some strongside and flipside stepping moves and a combo of 9 ducking moves (8 were unique.... repeated one ducking clipper on the end) including both ducking butterflies (b2b)
- a few decent runs I was satisfied with

That's all... I'm going to have a shower and the I will study a little bit more before going sleep.

I had a session yesterday.

I've been kicking for 2 hours and 51 min.

I've hit:
- Symp. Eggbeater [right side]
- Wonton Legover [left side]
- Rev-Up > Dolomite (cool link, I think... I don't know if I've hit it before.)

That's all.

Today I will give a little bit rest to my legs... On todays sport class I did some workout for my chest and biceps on the gym. I'm afraid that I'll be really sore tomorrow, because I haven't worked on my chest and biceps' with weights for a long time. The starters (I mean.... too much lactic acid in muscle) wil be probably huge...

Thanks Byrin. I could try that when a session happens.

I did a decent a good ABS work-out yesterday in the evening...

I had some lower-back pains recently. That's what makes me think if I should or shouldn't shred today. It hurst only on the right side of lower-back actually, and it feels more like a muscle cause.

I will think about shreding... Maybe I will just do some rope skipping, and stretching.

I haven't been shreding yesterday, nor today. I'm still having this back pain, so I didn't want to make it worse.

Today I went to swimming-pool with a friend, Magda (actually she is girl, not like Felix thought once that Magda is a male name :P - english equivalent of this name is Maggy, I think)... We planned to swimm for a hour, but just before entering Magda made a proposal to buy two hours... We have been swiming a lot and warmed our asses in sauna twice (15 minutes first time, and 10 minutes 2nd). I love sauna. :P It's like you go there and come out with a new life... It's pretty relaxing thing...
We talked a lot.. I like her. Then I accompanied her to the doors of her home (as a gentleman should do) and then took a walk to my place (about 30 minutes of fast walk). I turned up at my home at 9 pm. ...

I ate a big meal after arriving, and now I'm finishing the beer.

My back feels better after swimming, so maybe I will have a session tomorrow. My legs should be super fresh and pretty strong after sauna...

What's with those back pains? I have them too, and I know at least four people who suffer from them too. My cousin say's it's the stupid weather :) I have a challenge for you: Rev-up > ss Grifter (rpt) - the styliest combo of them all! :D

Rev-up is Reverse Swirling ss Pickup, done in one motion.

The last session I had happened on 19th of March... It was quite long ... 3 hours without 10 minutes, but it seems to be the usual time of my sessions.

After warming up I was practicing mostly Symp. Double Downs both sides.

On warm-up runs I hit:
- Pixie Ducking Mirage > Phoenix > ... > Blurriest > ... > Superfly

Then I started drilling ...
I hit:
- Rev-up > Blackula - you asked, Byring
- Dolomite > Rev. Swirl - I feel more and more controll on symp. double downs.
- Dolomite > Rev-up > Blackula -  :o :D
- flipside Blackula - and not that I hit it like once or twice. I hit it 10 times to a handcatch...
- flipside Shaft - 10 times too.

...

I haven't been shreding after this, though I planned to shred on the first day of spring, but...

I wil ltry to write it as short as possible.

The first day of the spring - the 21st of March - is more important to me than for example 1st day of the year - the 1st of January. And I had to celebrate such a day.

Of ourse I hadn't gone to school... I went to a beach to drink alcohol with some friends. My classmates, I would like to go with, didn't want to leave school this day. So I went with two (girl)friends of mine, Ania and Magda. I had written about them in my blog somewhere in the past.
We bought some beers and cheap wine.
After drinking everything we had Ania got a call, from her friend, Ola, that Olas is sitting with her friends in amphitheatre and are drinking beer and listetning to music (they had boombox), so we went there... There were only girls :P So it was like me and 9 girls :P But... They had hacky-sack! It was a homemade one, so it was really shity. But they were kicking it ... and I was like interested but didn't join the cricle... after some time they asked me to join, and I answered "ok"... Then after reciving a pass I did a few controlled kicks, passed, then again. Then did some flyers etc. And all girls (beside Ania and Magde - they saw my videos :) ) were really impressed. Of course I haven't showed my freestyle skills to not act like a braggart ort something... After some time they asked me if I'm playing for a long time, and I answered that not so long, but I'm training freestyle. Then they asked if I could show them trick or two. I said that no problem, but I don't know if I will be able to do well in pants, everyday shoes, not very good bag, and a bit (maybe a little bit more :P) drunken... I showed atw, clipper, butterfly, smear, smudge, barfly, footed torque, and footed mobius.
Unfortunately two policemans came and kicked us out after checking everyones identity papers... Loocky that nobody was fined, because everywhere were beer bottles, and some weren't even empty. The we got back to the beach, bought another few beers. Talked, listened to music, had fun.
After I had accompanied Ania and Magda to their houses (I wasn't so drunken as they were... to be honest... when coming back home I wasn't drunken almost at all) I got back home and repared a meal, ate it and went sleep for 3 hours... Today in the morning I had fever and head-aches. But whateva....

I LOVE THE FIRST DAY OF SPRING!

I really enjoyed the time...

I hope this isn't too boring story to go throught it...

Uhhh... I haven't been writing here for two months... Lngh period of time, I think.

My finals are almost over. It was hard time... But I did well. The last exam I have is on monday, but it's just German exam, and my German is way over the level of this exam, so it's super-easy for me.

On the maths and physics exams I did it well. I have to wait for the results until the 11th of July, but I think I did god enough to make it the the universty I want go to.

I will play more footbag soon. I think that I will catch good form quickly. I did a lot work-out in the time I haven't been shreding. I was working especially on my abs. And I have been swimming a lot.

Today I played beach volleyball for over 2 hours. To be honest I planed to play footbag today, but my friends asked me to go with them, and I didn't want to refuse. When I remember the time when I almost hadn't any friends I want to stay close to my friends, to not lost them. Friends are important thing in the life and I have lots of good friends lately, and I want it to stay this way.

Greets.

Played today a little bit.

After such long period without footbag I play really badly.

I have tooo work on basics now to find the flow. If I try to shred guiltless my bad form and style comes back. I have to work on single 2 add tricks, and basic 3's.

With time everytihng should be ok.

I will inform you about my progress in coming back into the game.

Superb session happened today ;]

I was really pleased with my game. It looks like my consistency is getting back.

The first awesome thing was my new record, and the record of Poland at once. I hit:

96 x Ducking Clipper.

On the last session I couldn't get 20.

The next good thing was good consistency at DLO's and Eggbeaters. They were just easy. Then I practiced Grifters. I hit Grifter BSOS, Toe Grifter BSOS, Pdx Grifter BSOS, Grifter b2b BS. And it wasn't even so hard, after so long break.
DATWs were pretty consistent on both sides.
Paradons were SUPER consistent. I could hit it on every single try, with delaying the bag on foot, and not setting it back, which means a lot of control.

I think that after only a few sessions I will be able to start schooling my routine for the Championships of Poland, that will occur on the 1st and 2nd of July in Wrocław.
