I plan on doing an extensive write up in my blog this week, but before I do I just wanted to thank you again. You put so much hard work into this tournament, and man did it pay off. We had such a great time. The footbag was great, the logistics were convenient, you bent over backward to ensure we all had fun, and we did. You should be really proud to have such a good tournament on your resume. You are the man!

Mark, you made this weekend one of the most memorable jams for me. I was floored with how well you ran everything. You could have fooled me and said you had run many other jams before. I owe you one.

Hope to see you on the east coast in the near future. And I definitely will be back for NOLA next year.

Yo Mark!

NOLA Jam was a huge success!!! I had so much fun with the
Warm weather,
beautiful people,
Mark's son Marcus teaching me how batteries work 8) ,
groovy tunes,
tasty oysters and crawfish,
outdoor cafes,
Cheap airline ticket (thanks johnny)
public shreds,
drunk 4square,
devouring poboys,
shredding until my everything hurts then shredding more,
getting compliments from the dudes,
trick hunting with Nick,
beers upon beers,
I won hold'em poker! woot woot!
club dancing,
sidewalk stumbling,
Holocaust memorial shredding,
needing to apply sunscreen (Michigan rarity)
Hitting my sick3 (Blur>atom>smoke) and getting props from the senior players
overall comradary
Getting sloppy at Dragon's Den
Hurricanes at PatObrians

Thanks again Mark and Michelle for hosting

Yo man, glad you started up blogging again. Awesome video. The Making Clipper> Mobius made me triple take. So ridiculous. I'm sure we'll be seeing similar stuff in the future. Phasing Legover was great too. What about Swirling Gyro Pickup> Phase?

today i played for the first time since my soccer injury. (im retired from indoor soccer by the way)
Very first run i hit 104 guiltless.... the other two runs are from about 2 weeks ago and were also attempts at 100...... i feel that the other two were probably more interesting considering the second run in the video started with a quad. both 2nd and 3rd run were about 75 contacts.... I have been trying this ever since lon posted it and its taken me till now.... i am very happy with it and will continue to warm up with this long type of run. Just for you the footbloggers :)
also hit swirling far osis today bs for the first time
swinging p mirage
phasing ss symp mirage bs
and footed swinging p torque twice .....
:)
VERY happy to be back

Glad you're finished with soccer. Shame you got injured, but it could have been worse! I know you've got some surprises up your sleeves for the xmas calendar ;) You're going to flip the footbag world upside down. I can't wait.

I'm always thinking about ways to train smarter. NOLA will be off the chain. Can't wait to see what you come up with this year. Double Down Swirl is sick.
