I'm not sure how they got my footbag back. I asked the staff person who returned it how they got it and he said, "jet ski." Maybe they were able to access that area from under the bridge. From what I could tell it was walled off behind several concrete barriers from the water side.

Working on another video but in the mean time I made a new clip.
