*oo new page! Rock*

Wow, it has been quite a while since I posted anything in this footblog. I sure do miss the footbag community

I just thought I'd pop in here and update everyone on my current life situation and present ambitions.

First things first, I am now living in Lake George, NY right in the middle of the village, and near the lake. It is about an hour or so north of Albany, a bit boring in the winter, but I'll deal with it. :P

I got a new job with a company promoting this new sport called Birdball / Turkeyball. This company, Enter Play Sports, found me via my footbag videos and betterfly profile and asked me to try out this new sport.

Like any footbagger would, I said hell yes! After playing this new sport a few times, and traveling up North. I began to see the potential it had of being a real thing. It includes both Freestyle skills and competitive play skills such as those used in 2 square, badminton, ping pong, tennis, etc.

So now I am training and promoting this sport full time. You may have seen me around on facebook or here trying to get freestylers in on it to join me. We will be having online competitions in about 2 weeks to try and lure new players to the sport, awarding cash prizes.

I know that some footbaggers from the NYC crew already know about Turkey Ball / Bird Ball and I was hoping some of them would be interested in joining this new community.

The Turkey Ball is definitely the bigger and more freestyle ball. It flies well, allows for some very cool spinning kicking moves. Very hard to stall, although it is possible. I've been working on kicking spinnings and some outside foot/leg stalls to catch it mid spin. I'm starting to have a lot of fun with it and I'd love to see more people inventing weird tricks.

Not only are these ball's used for freestyle but they counter with competitive game play like I was saying before. It's really an all around, full body sport. Being that Birdball also uses hands, elbows, head, knees, and feet to make returns.

Birdball is not so much for freestyle, but it can be. I don't see why not, it's just a smaller ball and lighter so it flies a bit slower.

Anyways, I'm starting to ramble. So this is where I am now, full time Enter Play Sports representative and Professional Birdball/Turkeyball player.

Check out some of our videos on the youtube channel, or the message board under new videos!

Here are some of the sites/social media's I've been working on. I urge anyone that is interested to register on our new message board, especially if interested in these online competitions. I'm hoping it will be like the modified of Birdball/Turkeyball.
