look over your left shoulder and land it on your left clipper on the left side of your body. Like an osis, but with a twist and holding it instead of spinning.

are you sure there isnt already a thread on this? i would hate to act like i didnt give a shit about all of erik's hard work..

but i just started landing all kinds of frigid moves...and the reason it took me this long to figure out (frigid stuff looked really cool to me when i first started playing...stuff i have wanted to do since then) is because a lot of it has to do with stretching your ankle in the osis position. second most important is timing...as soon as it lands on the osis, while keeping it as flat as possible, jerk it back around from where it came followed by a slight body spin to get it around to where you can see it. it takes practice to get a good feel for it as well.

I think ankle crank helps a lot for frigidosis. This thread may help you: http://www.modified.in/footbag/viewtopic.php?t=12318

Any tips on this trick, No one has posted on this topic in like 4 years but i see lots of people using it nowadays and it looks a good stylish recovery move. Should i master Osis first or would it be alright to learn both at the same time?

My guess would be to have:

A solid osis

drill osisx10-20, i don't know how many you can hit right now

practice dead contact osis

Well took me awhile but i got this move figured out now thanks Kljopa. My Osis was not solid enough at the time of the last post.

Glad i could help!

I found out that doing muted spinning clipper, or zooming ss clipper ( its the same) gives you the idea of setting from it. regular zoom with plant will be easier then.

Nothing like responding to a 5 year old question. Frigid osis is not cross body. It's just an inside delay held with your leg twisted around (knee pointing in) so that it's stalled where you'd stall a normal outside stall.
