Okay. I have a terrible problem on my flipside. Whenever I do atomic or fairy set my knee pops. It pops about 3 times really quickly and its audible. The knees don't hurt afterward, but its uncomfortable.
I'm thinking I should just try to adjust my form. I once had a hip popping problem but it went away without me noticing. Maybe this will too, eventually.
Are there helpful stretches?
Popping Knee Thread!
I was having "knee popping" problems, and for the last 3 weeks I have been doing an "excersize" that might be known, or not, but anyway I thought it up myself.
First, grab a chin up bar or something, and just do really slow, but perfect movement knee motions, so like, straight legs to heel hitting your ass kinda motions. For me, I got a bunch of pops, and then it went away by a few repititions. Then I did squats afterwards, first holding somehting because of the knee pain. And finally after I could do the squats without any trouble, I'd do real squats without holding anything.
Now I don't even have to do it, because there is no knee popping and no knee pain. But, if it comes back because of me not doing it, I guess next time I'll just make it a daily routine.
Hope this helps you with your knee popping adventure of death.
