go to bed around 9ish every school night (I'm actually sick right now because I haven't been getting enough sleep and a virus got to me while I was vulnerable)
work out my back more (I have terrible posture and it could lead to backproblems when I get older, says a personal trainer on the Royal Caribbean ship I was on)
And stay the same weight as long as I stay the same height. I'm comfortable with my body now, and I don't want to loose or gain any more weight.

Whats even more crazy is I did it in about 4-5 months.
But I hate to admit it, but I think I lost some muscle because I would shred on an empty stomach, and didnt eat enough..ect..ect...but now I am eating what I am supposed to, and am I just started lifting weights about 3 days a week, and I shred for a good 30-40 min almost everyday.
Right now I am 6'2" and weigh 170. I wouldnt mind adding a good 10-15lbs of muscle.

Even so, that's a pretty healthy weight with a low fat percentage.

6'2" and 170? Yikes, that seems really skinny to me. I'm 6'2" and even when I was a serious basketball player in high school and super super skinny/ripped, I weighed in at 185. Then again, I have really solid legs, so that adds some weight.
In any case, my goal is 200 lbs (from about 240, currently after 2+ months of work, I'm at 220) achieved by footbag 4-5 times per week, lifting 3 days per week, continuing my already healthy eating habits, cutting out alcohol except weekends, drink lots of water, sleep enough. That's the plan I've been following for the 2+ months that has allowed me to lose the 20 pounds already.
Unfortunately, tweaked my ankle last night and I'm on the shelf temporarily (hopefully very temporarily!)
