Injuries take time to heal. It may sound elementary but the eager shredbagger needs to know when to sit on the sideline.
It's been 13 days since i rolled my right ankle and i want to get back to training asap. but a less than completely healed foot is just not worth the risk of f**king it up even worse than before.
Im hoping my first day back on the bag will be this week. I will probably be avoiding symposium tricks for a while though :/

anit inflamitories , ice (if it still bruised or swollen) , heat and then light stretching, when you feel ok....start of with kicks.....if you cant be in clipper position without feeling it then dont play.....I know it sucks but your right......waiting is better

Even world-class athletes with access to the best medical care in the world can be messed up by trying to come back too early from an injury. Don't do it.

This is so relevant to what I'm experiencing right now... I knew I had to take a break, but this just reinforces it. Thanks.
