Disturbed, Static X, Mudvayne

Heavy music in general. Some rap is good as well.

TOMAHAWK!

There are other bands that work too, like Deftones and Tool and stuff.. but I find that Tomahawk works for me the best. :) When I first put it on, I'm like 'ahh.. nice and aggressive! I can put on my mean face!! '.... and then after a while I'm like 'hey, this music is pretty cool!'... and my mood changes to happy again.. Yay!

Music is great. :D

The ultimate CD for me is AFI's 'Very Proud of Ya'. Once you learn the lyrics, every song becomes an angry sing along. The music and lyrics just sound so pissed off that by the end I feel alot more calm. I think it's because I realize I'm not nearly as angry as the band. Plus, there's songs that are fitting no matter who or what you're mad at, whether it be yourself, your friends, your lover, strangers, the opposite sex or society.

The CD is good enough that I also listen to it when I'm not angry. In fact, I think I'll listen to it right now.

I think it's actually "Walk" on the 'Vulgar Display of Power' album from Pantera.

I usually listen to tough guy hardcore like Terror, Hatebreed, The Dead Walk, Against, etc

but then I'm still angry so I like to listen to coming music

in the vein of

A Perfect Circle, Your Black Star, Mae, even stuff like Bloc Party

Opeth is also a good combination heavy and soft :P

Daniel G. got it with dillinger escape plan

but id add: avenged sevenfold, dissection, atreyu (the old one), towards darkness (my bro's band, doom metal), utlagr (my cousin's band, black metal), some new "naglfar" isnt so bad either

to peace out: jack johnson, the darkness or any ska i have

but IMO like Daniel G. said DEP is the best band to listen when you are angry

edit: spelling
