abstinance brews truth
loose few screw, so to construe, the way doggies do
that dastardly deed, indeed seeded in greed
discrete backseat secretions complete with sweet vermouth produce youth
abortion? orphan? distortin foreskin? Morphin lives when new lives arrive
Wife? disappear? unclear where we're in a year.
analyze, realize, open eyes, being tantalized ties two strangers in danger.

Ode to the Paradox Drifter

O have I not deserved thee yet?
Thy sisters have been mine, o Dame,
Ere long, the toe set slight begot
And clip set drifter lightly came.

But thou I have besieged for long.
From the day I first beheld
Thy grace, thy fine reluctant song
Hast thou from my desire withheld.

I beg thee do not doubt my thrift,
My sweet beloved Paradox Drifter.
I do the pivot, hop, and lift,
But wonder - should I move still swifter?

Nice, Wim. And all tha others.
Here are some of my experiments:

...03
Ignorant masses,
deadly nerve gases.
Body count increasing by the hour,
no way to tell if the victory is our.

Welcome to the reality of the third world war.
Watch your back and you might just get far.
Nevermind the violence, it just comes with the fashion.
All bad is forgotten, including compassion.

The world is rebuilt to better fit the needs
of those who grab power like a fearful disease.
A disease with no cure, no treatments, no end,
crushing the people, no helping hands to lend.

This is a time of changing an era.
Some may say it's the humankind's curse
binding the profit and pleasure together.
But is it a good thing or will it be worse?

I Hate you (cutters contract 2)

I hate it when you cut yourself,
but it's not my place to say.
Everytime you release the pain,
the cuts are there to stay.
Looking at the way we live our lives,
this is the price we pay.
I can't remember life before,
we were forced to live this way.

I hate the tears that fill your eyes,
and the reasons they appear.
The way you run from open arms,
and how you conquer fear.
Why is it pain that you rely on,
to make the future clear?
If it wasn't for the loving few,
I'm afraid you'd disappear.

I hate the way you live your life,
and how your sky is forever overcast.
I hear the way you always say,
this time you slice will be your last.
I know it's not what you meant to say,
but the words slipped out so fast.
It seems you're cutting away your future,
just to eliminate your past.

I hate what you've become,
and everyone you see.
I hate the way your voice sounds,
when you say there's nothing else to be.
I hate it when you lie,
and swear you know no misery.
I hate the way I love to hate,
it helps me live less painfully.

So at the end, of every day,
before I cut, and waste away,
I'll stare into, this glass and say,
I hate the way you're me.

I sealed paradox drifter both sides today! So one advice guys: if you can't hit a trick and you don't know why, write a dumb poem on it and you'll hit the trick within six months. :P

Nice poetry!
I wrote one on english too,im russian myself.

I guess I'll never feel this feeling
I guess I'll never be with you
So I am locking up the door
And throwing out the key

I'll try to quench the fire that's inside me
I'll fight the feelings
Thoughts and hopes
Which tear me every night

One day I'll close my eyes
And in the dark I'll be victorious
My peaceful harmony will last
Until the key is found...

A little bit of free-form inspiration for anyone feeling like life is swallowing them whole. :D

Sometimes life is slow and boring
Comfortable almost
easy to glide through, without worry or stress
Sometimes life is stressful
Full of problems and obstacles
and things to steal your time
Sometimes life is a party
fun is around every corner
and smiles come as easily as footsteps

Then sometimes life is INTENSE
an endless buffet of joy, pain, stress and fun!
These are the times that truly define you
because these are the times where you are living your life to the fullest
So if you find yourself
feeling overwhelmed
then don't look at it as a problem
but as a challenge
and enjoy every minute
because tomorrow it might all be over and banality might find you once more.

Don't fear this possibility
live everyday as your last
yet still always feel the anticipation of things to come
and that is what we call
Happiness

More free form...I hate the constraints of classical rhyming and syllable matching.

This is for those
Who have been there for me
For those
Who have tried their best
For those
Who have given me a glimpse of heaven
And for those
Who make me glad to be alive

Its also for those
Who have abandoned me
For those
Who have left me for lost
For those
Who have put me through hell
And for those
Who have broken my heart

The people who have shown me the light
They are thanked for their actions
For they have given me greatness
Beyond expectation

The people who have shown me the darkness
They are thanked for their ability
To make me exercise
My will to go on

Through times of great change
To times of great apathy
They have been there
To show me a contrast
Of the strong and the weak
And to put in perspective
Who I am and what i believe

This is not poetry
It is a eulogy
To who I once was
These are just words
A hopeful pre-emption
Of who I will be

Thank You

i wrote that down yesturday. i know that im not a poem writer but thats the way i feel and it sucks.

i dont know

i dont know what to think
i dont know what to do
i dont know if ill ever be able to forget you
i dont know if i have to forget you
the only thing i know is you quit me
and i still dont understand if it would have changed
if only i wasnt who i am

i would like to be someone else
so you would be in love with me
but im not
i am myself and nothing more
thats why you told me that you werent in love with me anymore
thats the hardest part of your decision
but i dont have the choice, i have to deal with it

you told me that you wanted to be friend
i dont know if ill be able to live with it
i want you, i miss you
and can hardly live without you
the only thing that i have is mind is you
you are in my mind all the time
where are you ?

i dont know when youll call me back
i dont know the way ill feel
i dont know if ill be able to be your friend
i dont know if youll be able to be my friend
i know that i want you
but for everything else
i dont know

Like a heart attack I'm back
resurrectin' beats from white to black
bustin' these ryhmes like a hack
There's been a frog in my throat
YACK YACK

Wellllllllllllllllllllllllllllllcome BACK back back!!!!

Wishin' peace in the east
relief from desease
the reason for the season is to hollar none stoppa
Big poppa - Ben Dover
LAND ROVER
maybe Hummer???
How bout Discover???
I'm undercover - 'Shred Lover'

Zizila bodila
If I were dangerous
I could kilila

Spamtastic - Bombastic
Breakin' beats like a spastic

Ride the lighting
Shoot a curl
I've missed my shred fellows
Those fancy boys and girls

We 'B' da Best
Axs the rest
We not only pass the test we pave the way
here we stay
Next Time when I leave
I'll leave a trail for you to follow
Deep in the hollow of the heart
once we part
It's not the end but the start

It's the end of freedom:
just a change of season.
But I hate the rhyme
of your god damned reason.

I wrote one about fire 2 years ago that I still have, I was pretty proud of it. :D

The Flame

Like a slithering serpent,
it dances and weaves,
in and out of itself,
like a swirl of leaves.
Its dance is hypnotic,
like the ripples in a lake,
but don’t let if fool you,
lest you be left in its wake.
It’s all consuming,
an inexorable beast,
it will devour anything it touches,
to say the least.
So do not underestimate,
this thing they call the flame,
like so many others have done,
so you don’t end up the same

Really good! I think it could use a little syllable reformation.. but nearly perfect! Nice.

Written late fall, 2005:

Brutal Beauty

The sky, deep and grey enveloping the universe outside. The wind cuts the fragile coloured leaves off of nearly naked branches, and the moth drifts delicately into the warm consuming light of home, recalling the bright heat of summer. The tight hold of lovers' embrace defrosts the chilling state of solitude momentarily in my mind. The horizon barely recognized through the towering steel of society reveals the slight sign of newly concieved snowflakes. Brutal beauty, these wonders, pecking my cheek softly, whispering inaudible secrets, drunk on the acidic atmosphere...

deleted because I was just trying to harvest the power of the internet to figure out what I was listening to, so that I could go find more of it.

Check it out.

88th and MacArthur was the song I have. . . but damn, I listened to spit,
and thought KRS1 had a side project. But then I saw the videos on
youtube.
