Pms were created so that arguments wouldn't spill over into the forum. This thread is an argument (or a culmination of many) which could have been solved in pm form, yet for some reason is now a flame fest. If you don't want to talk to me, there are lots of other forums out there.

Well my first comment, and the second were part of this thread, my feelings about this topic, it wasnt a personal tirade, I didnt want to be messaged. Anyway, I just feel this thread is low and I dont see anything offensive about calling someone "G". I think any topic all about shitting on one player is kinda fucked off. And you people complain about avatars.

Btw, if you're going to spend so much time between each 'joke', maybe you should use that time to come up with some original material.

Just a peice of advice I guess. True, they are funny jokes, but that doesn't make you funny, it makes the joke funny. And you didn't think up the joke.

Does this thread not fall under the category of a specific, offensive, personalized attack?

I feel that this thread should be deleted. It's fundamentally bad for the forum, and after discussing some things with Fred (Switch Kicker), I can say that I believe this thread will only perpetuate the problematic behavior on his part.

I'm not saying I didn't laugh at some of these jokes. I'm not pro-Fred, nor do I admire or like his general methodology of responding to things he doesn't like or respect.

I just think this thread has to go.

I somewhat concur. I'm not sure if removing the topic would actually achieve anything and I am more concerned that people think this kind of stuff is ok then the what's specifically said. In any event, I certainly won't tell any "switch kicker" jokes and I think this is a very fatuous topic which will hopefully die.

When I first saw Jeremy (Mirken's) post I PMed switchkicker to ask if he had a problem with this thread. He didn't mind it as long as it doesn't get too bad, so I'm inclined to let it be. I don't think it's very nice, but at this point I don't think there is a need to censor this thread and delete it.
