Dilemma: My computer won't open the CD drive, the actual tray is broken. I have two computers, one of which has internet access and one which has all my games. I need to be able to run my games on the internet computer without using the CD, and after I've installed the program (I copied the CD onto my Ipod, but after installation on the other computer, the program still wants the CD) it still asks for the CD to be inserted (which is impossible on that computer)
Question: I need to know if there is a program that will allow me to run my game without the CD, and where to get said program. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance for any responses

I think that I got the information that I needed. Thank you Asmus, and the advice on the drive switch scares me because I'm not any good with electronics

If you have the CD ISO images available, and can get them onto a hard drive, you could use something like Daemon Tools to mount each ISO to a fake CD drive.
Also, swapping a CD drive out of a desktop tower machine is a fairly simple task if your handy enough with a screwdriver. I have three or four drives lying around doing nothing if you need one.
