bis dann....paule
p.s. i dont think blurry da da should get 6 adds, or at least i wouldn't count it as my first "real" 6 add move, its just way to easy

i agree. blurry dada is way too easy, but it gets 6 adds. and the question was "what was your first 6-add-trick?" and not "what was your first 6-add-trick, which is worth getting 6 adds?".

another thought. if you consider dada curve as a real trick, then basically anyone can hit a 6-add move and i think you kind of kill the great feeling of having hit your first 6add trick....

I don't think very many people CAN do DaDa, and out of the ones who CAN I'd about 1/4 of those people do it cleanly. Most people who do it do this tiny little hop that's so low it's not even worth bothering.

Chris Gregory says "Why do drifter, dada gets one more add, drifters are cheesy!" He has really bad DaDa's and I wouldn't consider them worth their add count. Just an example of somone who could do this alleged blurry dada and it not be worth 6 adds, thus not anyone can do a 6 add.

Anyone else feel the same? Or am I alone in this crazy world where people hate a move solely because it's rarely done correctly.

You're right Rob! While I still feel Blurry DaDaCurve is an 'easy' 6, it IS tough to hit it totally clean.

by doing a lame little hop instead of getting some good high air, also if you catch it too early and scoop it under.
