I went outside today and flew through these 5 tricks, so execution isn't that good.

Gyro Jughandle
Blurry Whirling Swirl (bs)
Symp Atomic Torque
Spinning Blender-Dragon (Spinning Blagon? Splagon?)
Alpine Mobius

Yeah, the hypocrisy of my post occurred to me right after I posted it.

I can't watch YT at work, and my internet at home has crashed, so I haven't had a chance to watch Max, Jon, or Chris' videos yet. Looking forward to them though, and I encourage others to include video links when possible.

Despite the fact that I created this thread, I really struggled to come up with my list. I determined that my criteria would be:

*Needs to be objectively difficult
*Preferably rare/original
*Was a dream move for me, and was difficult for me to hit
*Video verified clean
*Hit it at least twice, so it's not a fluke

So for example, beta frenzy is a cool, hard trick...but wasn't that hard for me to hit, and isn't hard for me now. And TATW was/is very hard for me, but isn't that rare, and is kind of vanilla. Based on the above criteria, the following three tricks make the list for sure. It was too hard to come up with a clear #4 and #5, so I'll err on the side of accuracy and just post three:

* Spinning mobius
* Blurry flurry
* Blurrier swirl, both sides.

I've really enjoyed seeing everybody's lists so far; definitely a lot of impressive tricks. Also excited to check out videos soon too.

^ I agree with Matt Cross. ^

Also, I miss that great Rochester scene, dem good ole days with Matt Cross, Chris Dean, Arik McIntosh, Paul Agostinelli, and Mike Anello. That was really an incredible club (from the outsider's point of view, of course -- I wasn't exactly there for the regular day-to-day club-i-ness of it all, only some special events). It makes me a little sad that all them guys have blown to the four winds. You guys should schedule a Reunion Jam sometime.

Ya, we had a great club for a while there. I miss it.

I'm considering heading up in april for the Juggle-In.

Nice stuff, Ken!

Fusing (Fairy Atomic) Op Drifter- around 40 seconds

Spinning Sidewalk

Nuke Torque- It's not the best one I've hit, but the only one on video that I could find

Dragon set Jani Walker - I know that this has been video taped at an SJFF by justin Dale, but I couldn't find footage

And because I couldn't think of anything else "Difficult" I decided to add a creative one...

Dragon Stepping Doof- around 4 minutes

Super confused by the last post.

Mostly just wanted to say props to Chris for his video. Sick that you can hit all your best tricks in a session. Do you think you could hit gangsta dragon?

Loving everybody's lists so far.

he said "phasing opp butter".

My question is,

does he mean phasing opp leg butter, which would have a butterfly on the near side of the body?

or does he mean phasing opp side butter, which would have a butterfly on the far side of the body?

boldness just for clarification (not frustrated over-emphasis)

I liked the video at the top of Nick's post. It's full of great strings in tight spaces. So controlled and amazing.

Hmh, 5 best tricks ever..

This is going to be tricky. I get amazed every time I hit a whirlwind, but hitting for example ducking ps dlo is piece of cake. So I'm going with a feeling here, these tricks aren't my hardest tricks or most complex tricks, just some tricks I felt super great when I hit them for the first time. So I'd say these are my most memorable harder tricks or something.

1) diving mobius
2) swirling ducking bfly
3) pixie gyro dlo
4) dbl inspinning osis
edit: 5) Irish Cream (forgot this one, was such an awesome feeling to hit it for the first time!)

If I did this list tomorrow, the tricks would be probably different. Smoke rake, Pixie what?!, fairy swirling pdx whirl or some other fairy swirling trick, some symp dlo (like gyro diving symp dlo), some sailing trick could make in to that list too.
