We've got something interesting from Dante Michael here. Here's what he has to say about the video.
I was fascinated by the old Sipa Sipa video and wanted to give it a new context. This song is my own creation in the style of vaporwave, meaning I've taken other songs (also from the 1980s), slowed them down and remixed them with other samples/sounds. The result is a sort of homage to the roots of our sport!

2021 Footbag Joulukalenteri Day 7
There'll be a few throwbacks in this years calendar. It's 7 years since we put together a footbag tour through Europe.

The idea of the tour was use the footbag scene rather than having to wait for a sponsorship opportunity to have the best footbag players going around and showing off the sport. There was action in Finland, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Austria and Poland.
Juho Marjo Evan Gatesman Anssi Sundberg Aleksi Airinen and Jay Boychuk provided the action, with Jay creating a bunch of great videos along the way.
Hopefully when this idea of "travel" and "footbag tournaments" comes back on the agenda, we could do something similar somewhere else.

You may have seen this video posted this morning by Paweł Rożek. I asked him if I can add it to the Joulu, so that when people look back on 2021, they will see some live action footage.
In this video we have a great mix of net and freestyle. The beauty of the Polish scene is that they have so many of the top players, they can have a high level competition without any visitors!
