WOOOOO!!!! Wicked good sesson. It was nice out so I played outside. I felt so FREE. I could acuatly play and sweating felt good. I was a little nervous at first, been a while since I played in "public" but I quickly got over that.

I was hitting like 8 tiltless contacts without thinking, without toe bails anyways. I hum a lot when I shred. I think I was humming zelda (links awakening). Its kinda weird how your body automaticly shreds. It's like your in a different demension. Too bad I don't have a video camera :/

I wish I could remember my strings, because they were wicked good!

Props on the sick 3..can't wait to see it in the January comps.

Gotta let us know how your Lavers feel with the inside layers cut out. Did you just cut the toe or the inside walls too? I've been thinking about doing that myself..

Yeah, I cut out the inside walls like last week. I don't feel much of a difference, maybe because my mr. sandbag is light. I'll have to try it with my peng bag... that still needs breaking in. Thanks, I'm excited about my sick 3 too!

I started to get into juggling. Stuff is pretty sweet. You can do it when sitting or walking around. You also don't get as tired as much as footbag. Good to kill time.

I also got my Dad's webcam working. Its still a webcam, but a LOT better than the one I have.

Here's what it looks like:

You might have to direct download.

Jorden: "Advice of the day: never underestimate the power of REST! Rest is as crucial to shred as sessions are. Let those muscles repair. Reduce your likelihood of injury!"

http://www.knee-pain-management.com/kne ... obics.html:

Aerobic exercise benefits those with knee problems by toning the muscles of the leg that support the knee joint - to absorb shock before it reaches the knee joint.

Know when to stop. Once your muscles are fatigued, they can't absorb as much shock, and the extra stress is offloaded to the joints, tendons, and ligaments. Taking every other day off will give your body a chance to repair itself and prevent overuse injury.

Aerobics also stimulate your the body to release endorphins - natural painkillers produced by one's own body.

-----

I definatly think I need a new training schedule. I got to get my ymca pass going again. I think I will footbag every other day, and days inbetween I will do swimming. One of those two days I want to do to do pushups/situps, but dunno which day will be best.

Hey guys,

Havn't posted in a while. Why? Footbag has been kinda slow. Lately Ive been playing soccer and ultimate frisbee with friends, making me sore as heck, lol. Today I just found out how bad my cardio sucks. I'm soooo going to be in shape this summer.

I've been working out a little. Not with weights or anything, just pushups and situps. I've been doing fingertip pushups - my record is 7 in a row :). I actually like the feeling you get in your fingers afterward. I want to be so fit that I can do crazy stuff with my body, like doing pushups without your feet touching the floor and stuff. Maybe not that extream, but you get the idea. I have no idea what kind of training people do to get there. I'll do some research online.

Juggling has been going sweet I would say. I make up new tricks a lot. They already exist of course though. I think I will make a short 60 second vid or something and post it up later on here.

I've been pretty upbeat and happy lately. Maybe its because I started to get my spiritual life going again.

Finally I hit something!

After not playing for a couple weeks too :P

This was my second time hitting it. Sorry for the sloppyness. Was way too tired to hit it cleaner. http://www.footbag.org/gallery/show/7485

Haha props on the new move though man. I wanna see Ben 'Guiltless' Adler some day, so don't bail on me now with all that talk about soccer. Some spanish guys were playin soccer today and the ball came at me so I did a bunch of toe>toe>legover>mirage stuff with the socer ball and that blew their mind. As I was leaving the guy came over and was like "Do you play soccer?" I was like "No, just footbag." "Do you want to play soccer?" "No, just footbag."
