Hey guys,
Havn't posted in a while. Why? Footbag has been kinda slow. Lately Ive been playing soccer and ultimate frisbee with friends, making me sore as heck, lol. Today I just found out how bad my cardio sucks. I'm soooo going to be in shape this summer.
I've been working out a little. Not with weights or anything, just pushups and situps. I've been doing fingertip pushups - my record is 7 in a row

. I actually like the feeling you get in your fingers afterward. I want to be so fit that I can do crazy stuff with my body, like doing pushups without your feet touching the floor and stuff. Maybe not that extream, but you get the idea. I have no idea what kind of training people do to get there. I'll do some research online.
Juggling has been going sweet I would say. I make up new tricks a lot. They already exist of course though. I think I will make a short 60 second vid or something and post it up later on here.
I've been pretty upbeat and happy lately. Maybe its because I started to get my spiritual life going again.
