well its definitely true that the scenes there are greatly diminished but there are still great players in both towns and they are just one or two players away from being viable clubs again. If you choose either of those places you just might be the spark that rekindles a great club.

there are great netplayers in chicago and in portland OR and they would love to see more players in their areas, i guarantee that
