iver been freestyling for about 5 months now, and sometime when i shred for awhile my legs start to ache and i gte like shoooting pains and what not, is this normal?

i need help modding my lavers, i already laced them the right way but i just need help taking a layer of mesh off. every place i look to help me its way to confusing. can you help me?

metal is the fuckin shit. its all about pantera and megadeth, and of course buckethead(not so much metal)
