Not gonna make it to York session for the second week in a row.. Something subtle but bad happened to my left ankle, and it still hasn't repaired after 2 weeks.

I <3 footbag but I <3 the longevity of my most-used joints more =P

York session yesterday with Josh, Liam, Adrian, and Tim - felt pretty good until leg pain ended the session early for me.

Get off of modified, go train steady and hard until you're confident in your ability to play footbag, then come back with a smile on your face. Show up at a tournament, be eager to meet some people and compete. At this point that's probably the only way you'll find a place in this ...
