Yup. I remember how it felt to do the inside stalls when I started. It's just about your muscles and flexibility, and it doesn't take more than a couple of weeks to get the inside stalls down.

(Pretty sure you can do them consistent by now.)

Yes, I used to get headaches too back when I played football and that was because i drank less water than i should've, but you could also pour some of the water on yourself to keep yourself cool?
