Good morning.
Here in Slovakia is 8 a. m. now. Im going to train in 10 minutes.
Yesterday i was training about 1 hour.It wasnt too bad after 1,5 year without playing. I hit some good stuff.
I feel that my body is so heavy and my leg too. Its beacause of my rest in footbag. Can you help me with that ...

Today morning I send e-mail to Shortis that i need new bag from him because last one bag that i had i sold two weeks ago. I found my lavers, its ok. Tomorow im going tu run because my condition is very bad.
I m happy that i start to play again.........
