Well, I do a motion, and then I rake it. So I double dex it, do a full hip turn to do the osis, and then turn back to do the rake on the same foot I set the bag from. Sometimes I even do the osis, and the bag rolls conveniently from clipper to toe for the rake.

So I've been trying this trick forever now, and it just doesn't click with me. I can do motion from clipper and toe, and my rake abilities are on par. I just recently learned symple motion, and I feel like I should be able to hit this. I hit motion rake about 9 months ago. Please help.

Josh: Thanks about the barrages, I've done blurrage bs, and maybe pixie barrage one side, never even tried ducking, but it's possible.

I had a pretty good session yesterday. Did some filming. Made a little video, didn't really put that much effort into editing, but I'm happy with it overall. Sorry about the quality.
