Sick video Kyle. thanks for adding some of my runs to the video, I appreciate it! The weekend was great and i wish i didnt have to work at night so i could have stayed longer. Hopefully we will shred again soon.

I was wondering how to judge the switch from being a beginner to being an intermediate player and whether i should start changing the way i practice so that its more structured and effective because as of now i dont really focus much on specific techniques and jus seem to freestyle without planning ...

I realize that obvs lavers are the best option but i figured i would suggest another decent shoe for the sport considering the topic said other than lavers.... :S. sorry maybe my advice shouldnt be taken. anyways enjoy footbag with which ever shoe you please its fun no matter what.

So when doing whirls i can set any method and dex the bag with my power leg but always seem to fall a second too short from picking up the bag. I have watched annsi's vids too many times to count and yet something doesnt click. any suggestions on improving effieciency?

if you are unable to get lavers you can try these shoes. Their DVS Regency shoes and i use them. they are a bit smaller than lavers area as they are a bit shorter but i find it allows for better ankle freedom. also they are pretty flat on both sides and are made of cloth which i find is good enough ...
