well, I didn't Spenco's in my Q's until recently becasue my feet hurt...I figured they might help...but no luck.

I did session yesterday in my Q's with the Spenco's for about 45 minutes and I was fine... this is so confusing.

Now this is the type of debate I like to see. :)

As much as I love and resptect you Anz....I'm with these guys.

When a footbagger does amazing things it inspires other footbaggers to do amazing things.

Dave's new NYJ video is a good example of that. (for me anyway)

The pain that really gets to me about a half hour in is on the insides of my arches.

It starts fairly dull but again, after a half hour or so it gets very sharp every time I land even simple moves.

I play mostly on my toes so I don't think it's just impact pressure on my feet. :?

So I've been having this problem a lot lately...

I have almost every type of standard shred shoe (except Climas) and I love them all and I try to kick with them all equally...

My problem is that my feet always hurt when I kick, the shoes are all the right size and I have Spenco total supports in ...
