I have a question, do you need more ankle or knee flexibility when doing inside/clipper stall? And which part is used more, the part that is closer to toes or to heel? or between them? hope you understand

Hey,
I'm quite new to footbag. I can do toe stall with both legs, outside stall with both legs and almost all kicks. First I did the toe kick wrong and now i'm having trouble learning it the right way with the flick or something. And I shred at home, with bare feet. I don't have any mod lavers, or ...
