apparently here is an eyelet with almost half fold-outs come off

and here is the biggest problem. i tried to press all the pieces to place with pliers. didn't work out and it's killing my laces (and not letting me ...

Define "strong glue".
I've put some glue that holds some places but few eyelets are coming apart... and I'm out of glue!
