Drum is also my favorite musical instrument.A song without drum can not be rocking. I can play drum. If anyone wish to learn how to play a drum can contact with me. I will help you as much as possible.

I have also same problem. Then I went to a doctor and he regular checked me.Besides the medicine , He suggest me to walk at least 30 min in the morning. After maintaining such routine in 6 months , I am now more or less well and can't hear the crack of knee.

I am nearly 130lb. I think it is good enough for me.
