OK I am finally getting back into footbag just like the good old days!!! My official return to keeping up with my footblog, practicing at least 2 hrs a day when i can and working to develop my finesse in the sport.

Ok so this is my 2d to last day to play footbag before basic training. here's whats been going on since my last post:

Just wanna say, the video on symple legovers and pickups was very informative. As soon as I saw it I knew I could hit them and I did! Love the blog and the enthusiasm you have for the game. Sure we'll meet up in the future.

Today was supposed to be a rest day but for all those addicted to footbag you know how that goes. I still screwed around a little throughout the day setting up little runs for myself and very short drilling.

Yeah I usually stretch before a session if my muscles are really sore and cramped up and I always try to warm up before stretching.

For me personally, anything that gets me looser really helps
