I pretty much sat on my ass playing video games for the last 4 years than started playing footbag really hard. I guess my legs just wernt strong enough to handle such a drastic change. So I went to a leg specialist a couple weeks ago and he had me get a bone scan. Just got the results from the scan. Both legs have stress fractures. I have to wear a boot thing on each leg for 3-4 weeks each. So no footbag for me for at least 6 weeks. The doctor also said he would have me do some ...

Great session with Bob and Jackson tonight. Bob had me doing some drills which really helped me clean up my clipper set illusions.
