I have a rugby player body so needless to say i dont partake in much yoga. However i do feel that yoga is more centered around inner calm and its more of a ritual than a sport/hobby. footbag on the other hand is purely sport. and i do feel that it has a large competitive side.

Im 5'11 and 195 lbs, but ive been putting work in and losing a lot of weight just to get in better shape. I was 231 lbs on the 1st of December last year lol.

Ill be about 185 (my goal weight) by the end of january and i feel like ill be at the ideal weight for ...

How about summer olympics this year. London is big on soccer-football-whateveryoucallit and the olympics is always an awesome venue for any kind of unique athleticism, sport, and hobby.

PLUS WE WONT HAVE TO LEARN A NEW LANGUAGE! :D

Something like this needs to happen in Canada. Everyone here is wealthy enough to partake in the sport and for the most part we all value athleticism and sporting as a big part of our lives. We need someone who knows what they are doing from the other more dominant countries in the sport to hold ...
