Short version: "normalize" all the scores before adding them together. This is less useful in circle but should still allow for more precision in comparing relative scores for the same player among multiple judges. Since all winners always get 10, though, it doesn't help as much as in ...

So I guess you're all ignoring my post that clearly said I have an easy way to modify the system to avoid ties. And instead of anyone asking me how, you're all just going back and forth on it yourselves without just asking me how.

Ok fine I won't tell you!

Better solutions:

(1) Have a system that doesn't allow ties nearly as easily. I figured out a way to do that in routines; we can apply a similar solution to circle, I think.

(2) Have a full phase of 3 turns per players instead of just 1 turn.
