Post by King Monkey »

Hey hey! Here's something the world needs more of... Dylan Fry footage! Fresh and crispy new runs for your enjoyment, put down by one of Canada's best and filmed over the 2004-2005 summer period in Australia.
The video is .wmv format, approx. 25 megs, and oozing with style and flow...hope you like it!

He plays in lavers now?

He's so smooth and great. I love his style.
He has a great confidence when he plays.

He looks like Jeremy OWheelj with his green shorts and red lavers. Just Jeremy in slow-mo.

Great shred.

Funny; I thought the same thing except almost opposite styles.

Word. Good to see my home boy after he's been gone so long. Hey D!

Slick production too :) props all 'round - except for the WMV choice ;) The frame rate is totally buggered on mine and niether VLC or mPlayer would play it since it's one of those 'new' wmv's - but I'm not looking a gift horse in the mouth :D Thanks for puttin' it out :)

For some reason I just love the editing style of this video, it fits so well with the shred. Now one of new favorite videos!

hey thanks for the replies everyone... please let me know any other comments you have on the editing and stuff so i can improve for next time.

I went with .wmv this time cos i just figured out how to use it and people had commented previously about not being able to watch .avi files (the format ive used prior to this), so i thought .wmv was a bit more universal.

Do people prefer .wmv in general to .avi? or something different again?

Ah, refreshing.

I really enjoyed that. Thanks. Watching Dylan really makes me want to play; I think that`s one of the best compliments I can give anybody. I remember seeing Dylan for the first time in Prague, and talking to Tuan Vu about him. Tuan commented: `he plays just like early Lon` and I was really struck by how well that summed up my opinion of his game. Awesome flow, makes me want to learn to spin.

Thanks for the vid!
