if its any added motivation, you're probably slightly more likely to hurt yourself trying pixie muted blender as well.

Well, I got fairy muted blender. Will do pixie sometime soon I'm sure.... maybe...

April 5th
Length: 1 hour (Total since 19/01/06: 41 hours 30 minutes)

Mucked around for the first half hour but hit some more sets> muted dyno and fairy muted ss blender, of course. Hit matador a few times and nearly got Nuclear ss muted Dyno, which isn't that hard for me, but my hamstring was really starting to seize up at this point so I thought it wise to halt the Nuke sets ;)

Should have stopped playing but... I didn't want to :) so drilled clippers and butters. Greatly improved form on infinities, and hit 52 consec which was a challange from uranos, finally I hit another challange! Been long enough :P

Now my shins hurt and my right hamstring is tight and my muscles are sore... I think that calls for a day off footbag today :P

April 7th
Length:
1 hour (Total since 19/01/06: 42 hours 30 minutes)

Mucked around for the first half hour. Almost hit atomic dyno a few times and hit dyno flipside. then just drilled butters/clippers/osis and tiltless. Nothing of note, body was still a bit sore :? Oh yeah, nearly destroyed my ankle at the end of the session, was just fooling around and somehow stepped on the side of my foot or something, fell over, really hurt. Had me worried for a few minutes, it's still a little sore today but hardly noticable. Close call!

Lol it's called rolling your ankle man, the last time it happened seriously to me I tore ligaments and was on crutches for a long time. Ankle rolling is the reason I didn't do any butterfly or whirl moves for like a year and why I still don't do dod moves.

Gotta be careful ;)

Yeah... rolling your ankle, that's it!

April 9th
Length:
3 hours (Total since 19/01/06: 45 hours 30 minutes)

Shredded in melb with alex, janis, scott, and ollie! finally met him, hehe. Great session, hit some good strings includign some 10 or so contact guiltless, which was cool in a circle :) Also hit flail for the first time.

Was about to stop cause I was tired but alex made me play a bit longer, I'm glad he did because I then proceeded to hit toe grifter, grifter and pdx grifter!!! so excited, and I learnt my illusions aren't as bad as I thoguht they were, it didn't look like I even got the dex but alex was watching and gave the a-OK that they were clean. No wonder I was finding illusion so difficult! Now I just need to get flipside... :P

Shredding with Dan this arvo :D And The Streets new album comes out today 8O 8O I can't afford buy i'm gonna buy it anyway!!! And i picked up a groove armada mix cd yesterday for 10 dollars! That is super cheap, I've only ever seen it for just under 40. w00t Melbourne rocks hardcore.

edit: oh yeah, 17 drifters, w00t!

edit edit: OMG! australian record!!!

Busked in Bendigo. Made 95 bucks between us :D Heaps more than we expected, so real happy. Hit a few good runs... lots of shuffle runs, mostly sidewalk > ripwalk > blur > legbeater type strings. Hit drifter > pdx drifter > pdx whirl a few times and drifter > pdx drifter rpt into a string. Also a shuffle run about 6 contacts and ending in blurry whirl :D paradon bsos a few times too. Real happy with the shred and the money, good times. I'm very happy with my shred at the moment. Even if we did feel like throwing up the whole time cause we both ate a footlong and a soft drink before playing, whoops 8O

Illusions heeeaps better too.

Toe set rev Torque
Eggbeater both sides + bsos. Bubba beater strongside, bedwetter strongside :D:D

overall reeeeaaaally happy with the whirl and Illusion progress... w00t!

Drilled: Whirls, drifter, Illusion, Tiltless, shuffle.

Not as good as sat but still good.

almost: pdx whirl > pdx drifter rpt. almost :(

:P thx

yeah I forgot about the frigidosis, that was hilarious cause it was meant to be an osis and umm... I dunno, I really can't pinpoint when that became a frigidosis :P

I also broke my ripwalk record in Melbourne. I can't remember... 14 maybe? alex, help me out here?

oh and dlo ending on outside stall. phat move.

those pdx whirls felt hot as. can't wait till I have a new job and can shred regularly again. as in more than on weekends.
