My first three footbags. Any traders?

Oh man, I'm dying for my facile to come in. I'm either gonna make a 32 or something easier. I made a decent 32 made of felt. I won't worry about posting a picture cause I wore it out in 1 day with my sic shredding, haha, jk.

I have done a 32 before, I like the 26 cause its a bit more open for stitching, takes less time, lots of color combination possibilities.

I am more interested in trading my work with others so I can learn more about stitching and learn different techniques. I would be willing to sell one however my price would be high as they take a long time to make, So I will base my price based on minium wage in Michigan (about $5.50 per hour)X6 hours of work=$33.00 Plus shipping. I consider my work to be worth more than that but have no other opinions than my own.......Thats Why I want to trade!
Also,,, I only have 3 colors right now cause I am broke!
AND I have a full time job so I cant guarantee how long it would take me to get one made for you.

Well, thats a bit steep seeing as I'm a n00b footbagger. I may make my own out of fecile, but I'm sure my stiching isn't better than yours. I would like to see one in my hands though.

When you stitch one of your own that you think is completely bad ass, one you want someone else to have let me know, Ill stitch you one and we can trade for only the cost of shipping. You see, someone elses foot bag to me is like $33.00 cause I know how hard it was to make.......As hard as it is for me to make. =fairness....Understand my logic?

The bonus is you can see others techniques to make you even better at stitching your own! To buy one is the easy way out, which is ok, but to create one or many of your own to share will contribute to the sport of FOOTBAG!

Even if you dont like to, you should probably stitch more 32's. Thats what everyone else plays with and stitches. Ive recently started stitching myself and would lbe willing to trade if i saw a nice 32.

Just a suggestion.

I think that if you stitch your bags close to the size of a golfball, you'll have a quality product in your hands. There's nothing wrong with a large bag, but the comfortable and suggestable size for bags these days are golfball size. And I really like your consistency in your stitches, and your gather is exceptionally well controlled. Much props from your neighborhood Wasabi.

And about the price you put on your bags, I think it's a bit much for something close to a 26 panel at most. Of course, I personally don't have much experience in the pricing for bags that are stitched below 32 panels. However, I can say with confidence that there are a lot of solid stitchers out there that make great bags that aren't 32 panels. Jeremy Mirken, Emily Kulczyk, Matt Emmings, even Jamie Lepley are solid stitchers in that field. There's definitely a solid market there if you ask me, and you don't have to specially stitch with 32 panels to get a good stitching rep going. There definitely need to be more people stitching 26 panels, I'm sure.

Get some facile, and keep up the work on your stitching.

I just ordered some more different colors of facile from fieldsfabric...I am going to try some different stuff when I get it. I am going to start my focus on some 32 panel and a cool 38 pannel pattern I got. I already know I make a awesome 26 panel bag so I am going to go on with more difficult patterns...........Keep your look out for some of my new stitch pics on the "footbags I have made" thread...

hahah well you're not short of confidence are ya? Go for it!

You may not have had many replies or requests for trade because 26 panel bags arent that popular for freestyle, small 32 panel bags are the trend right now, and people have only seen really 3 or 4 different bags from you, to see your stitching style etc.

I dont stitch, these are just my observations.

Good luck! I wish i could get facile in Aus without paying a fortune!

I'm having this trouble riiiiight now. I might get some microsuede from spotlight for my first few 32's while I'm waiting for ultra to get here... damn shipping costs...

I'd be willing to trade for 26's once I'm a little more experienced, only just started stitching
