a 30 mb video for only 34 seconds of clip. Only 5 of those seconds are even worth watching, so dial up users d/l at own risk. This is a skill I am trying to hone so that I can attain full-fledged bad-assness at the sport of Footbag Net. Lemme know what you think if you wish to.

I can do quite a few different spikes, but not the roll spike. Not that I've ever even tried it.

I've seen at least 5 different players doing massive roll spikes. To me, your movement looks similar to those who use it successfully in their game. It's really hard to say what's wrong. I think you should ask tips from Eric Wulff the next time you go to Oaktown.

I'm really impressed on how fast you've progressed. Keep it up,

The takraw guys land on their feet but I dont. I know that's one difference. The thing is though, they are mostly hitting with the inside surface, whereas I'm trying to use my toe. I need to learn to land a bit softer.

you aren't snapping the hips through the contact , but other than that it looks good. The kicking foot needs to meet the ground before your body.

Hang a ball from the ceiling and practice over some cushion, like a mattress.
