Flat Session [by JayJoo']

Post by Jayjoo »

Hello guys!
Maybe i have to present myself a little bit. So i'm from France, and i used to play hacky sack since i met a footbagger and started play "real" footbag like one year ago. Maybe you saw me in the last online comp..
So here it is the brand new video from Marseille. It's my first "solo shred video".Shred and editing aren't awesome but i hope you'll enjoy it.
Comments and criticism are welcome.

What good form and excellent control for someone who's only played a year! I'm jealous of your string length. How old are you?

On the subject of editing, I for one have no need for fancy effects or even varied camera angles, at least in most videos. The epic shred showcases are great when they do come out, but in the meantime, I think the videos thread is like our espn (sports television station). The tripod update suffices, and the fun songs are just bonus. I did think it was fun how the doorway sort of framed you.

Thank you for the video!

Your string length is incredible. I hope that when I play for as long as you have I will have that kind of consistency.

You have whirls, and you have osis' (osii?), I say you stick some Blenders into you shred :)

Excelent job. You have got great run length, great flipside, and great move diversity for only playing a year. That last run was great, flurry and ps whirl in a run is huge! great entries to the online comps as well

Thank you guys for the posivite feedback :D
@matochist :i'm 18 . (19 this summer)
@jay7 : I definitly have to work my blenders , it's such a stylish component.
@jul : quantums, torques and pixie flip , aren't such easy for me right now .They still need work ,trust me. ;)
And shredzilla , i'm not gonna go to worlds , it's too far and too expensive for me :( .

Yeah i know that totally sucks. But the worst part is to tell yourself that you still have to wait more than one full year before you can go to your first worlds. Damn it .. i think i'm gonna cry  :) No, it's not such sad. I think i will go to euros , and i'm pretty sure it's gonna be fun too.

Wow Jeremy.

Excellent form. Very efficient and graceful style. Reminds me a bit of Kamil Wysocki -- and that's a good thing. :)

Keep it up -- your progression can only skyrocket from here.

Peace, JM

Totally sweet. I love your Osis > Drifter. Looks so good.

I'm a fan of how you go Tiltless for a while, then step it up a bit, then kinda relax again through your strings, and usually end well. You're going to inspire a lot of people if you keep making videos. Do it.

Great video! I loved your wide variety of moves. You mix all sorts of cool concepts together. Lots of very creative links. Props on not sacrificing style just to go guiltless. Hope to see more from you in the future :)

8O man I have some work to do. To be that consistent after a year of playing is nuts. I like your style a lot. Hope I'm half that good when I'm a year into footbag.
