Books or Dvd's
Books or Dvd's
I'm just starting out and I've got some Freedom bags. I am pretty terrible and I can land a clipper stall and a dex once in a while, are there any good books or dvd's out there that can help me out.
I found this tricks of the trade dvd on amazon, is it any good
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0009Q ... &n=3375251
if anyone can recommend anything, or steer me in the right direction that would be a lot of help.
Thanks,
Jon

hackrifice.com has a pretty large selection of single trick videos available for download. start with the 1add and 2add tricks (entry level tricks) and once you can hit all of those 10 times in a row and string them together to make runs, start looking at the 3 add and 4 add tricks. also check out the Getting Started forum too. Tricks of the Trade 2 is a pretty good video to learn the basics. welcome to the forum.

i totally agree with andrew. hackrifice is really good to learn tricks. also you should go to www.footbag.org and take their jobs notation tutorial which is very helpful in learing to read how tricks are done.
